Website Use
This website is provided to share information about Phoenix Rising Kitchen + Catering, our menus, services, ordering options, and catering offerings. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Online Orders
Orders are placed through our online ordering platform. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay the applicable amount shown at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and may be limited based on our capacity.
Phoenix Rising reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify an order when necessary, including due to availability, operational limitations, or circumstances outside our control.
Family Meals
Weekly family meals are available for advance ordering.
Family meal orders must be placed by Saturday at midnight for the following week.
Family meals are available for pickup Monday–Thursday from 4:00–6:00 PM, according to the pickup option selected when ordering.
Each family meal serves approximately 4–6 people.
Because family meals are prepared based on advance orders, availability may be limited.
Weekday Lunch
Weekday lunch is available Monday–Thursday from 10:30 AM–2:30 PM.
Lunch orders may be placed the same day during the available ordering window.
Menu items and availability may change from day to day.
Catering
Catering is available for corporate lunches, celebrations, gatherings, and other special events.
Catering requests must be submitted through our catering inquiry form.
Submitting a catering inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an event. Each request is reviewed individually based on date, guest count, menu needs, location, and Phoenix Rising's availability.
A catering order is not considered confirmed until Phoenix Rising has communicated confirmation and any required payment or other arrangements have been completed.
Catering menus and pricing may vary depending on the event and requested services.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is the preferred fulfillment option for Phoenix Rising orders.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on the order, location, and availability. Delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Phoenix Rising.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen may handle common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate your needs.
Menu & Pricing
We strive to keep website information, menus, descriptions, and pricing accurate. However, menu items, ingredients, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
Food photographs are intended for general representation and may not exactly reflect the appearance or portion of a particular item.
Payments
Payments for online orders are processed through our third-party payment provider, Square.
By placing an order, you authorize payment for the amount shown at checkout.
Cancellations & Changes
Because many Phoenix Rising meals are prepared specifically based on orders received, cancellations or changes may be subject to limitations.
Any applicable cancellation, refund, or order-change terms presented at checkout will apply to that order.
